Sausage and peppers

Whooooowee, who doesn’t love some sausage and peppers? Especially when it’s as easy as this recipe!
Get on into that kitchen and make this right now...or soon anyway.
Start by cutting your peppers and onions into chunks or slices, whichever you prefer, making sure they are good sized. You don’t want them to burn! Here’s the easy part, line a sheet pan with foil and spray with olive oil spray or drizzle some olive oil onto the foil and spread your veggies and sausage in a single layer. (I found Johnsonville Grill Flamed Mild Italian sausage at my local grocer.) See...easy-peasy!

Doesn’t it make you want to take a big bite???

Recipe ingredients:
2 packages Italian mild or spicy sausage links
1 red bell pepper, seeded and rough chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and rough chopped
1 medium onion, sliced about 1/2 inch thick
Olive oil for coating pan and drizzling over top
Salt and pepper
Hoagie or hot dog buns

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Line a sheet pan with foil
Drizzle some olive oil on the foil covered pan to lightly coat bottom
Place the onions and peppers on the sheet pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Top the veggies with the sausages
Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. When done slice the peppers on the diagonal into bite sized pieces and serve with the veggies on a bun!
